A Brief Encounter With Baylor's new Provost
It was 9 a.m. on a summer Friday. I sat in Baylor’s Tidwell chapel with a camera in my lap while I waited for Baylor’s newly appointed provost and a crowd of children to arrive for a photo opp. My boss told me the provost would read to the students of Freedom School, a cultural literacy program that enriches the reading experience for marginalized children during the summer. I was there to do my job– photograph the situation.
